First off, a correction from last week. The official results of the Speyside Way 100k finally confirmed Rory McPherson as 1st M40 and 7th overall.
All Sutherland did the Race Across Scotland along with Southern Upland Way from Portpatrick to Cockburnspath. It is 215 miles with 7218m of ascent and a cut off time of 100 hours. Ally completed the course in 85 hours 35 minutes and 19 seconds to finish in 29th place.

Tina McLeod ran the Dyce half Marathon in a very creditable 1 hour 55 minutes.
Tap o'Noth last weekend was the 5th counter for the Cosmic Championship this year. Veronique Oldham is in the lead with 94 points, Rory McPherson is on 88 points followed by Jason Williamson, Richard Lang, Fiona McDonald and Alan Dick who are all on 3 races each. 5 people currently on 2 races each can also complete the championship if they do the last 2 races which are Cain William and the 30k Bennachie Ultra Trail.
The total for the Elevation Challenge now stands at 708,711m which is over 70% of the totall. Cosmics have been running, walking and cycling up hill at home and abroad and every metre counts
