A much quieter week than last for Cosmics. The Cosmic Tuesday run to Scolty went ahead., There were a few Saturday parkruns:
Hazlehead - Ewen Rennie
Aberdeen - Rory McPherson
Stonehaven - Gary Gutteridge
Shayne Lilith-Moon did the Railway Relay
We have a few examples of extreme training; Graeme Lornie ran 79k from Glasgow to Edinburgh along the Forth & Clyde Canal at night. Rory McPherson did a 34k training run in the evening after the parkrun in the morning.
Davie the Hound has a clear lead in the Cosmic Elevation Challenge and we are now at 50% of the total. Cosmics have been running, cycling, walking and even climbing to add more metres. It is a tough challenge so if any more Cosmics fancy joining in, just message Anna direct.
