This week was hot - at times, even in Aberdeen.
Parkruns were:
Hazlehead - Kevin Heath & Ewen Rennie
Crathes Castle - Graeme Lornie and Gary Gutteridge
David Taylor started the Marathon du Mont Blanc Duo Etoile which was unfortunately cancelled an hour or so after the start due to lightning.
Ally Sutherland covered 120k of the Moray Way 100.
The Cosmic Sunday Run was to Bennachie so that Ian could check out the Mither Tap race route.
We have reached well over 300,000m in the Elevation Challenge. Marianne Lang is still at the top of the leaderboard followed by Davie. Cosmics have been cycling and running up hills near and far and up and down coastal routes. Keep up the good work everyone!
