Tuesday training with Ewen was in the field by Craigbank. On Saturday, Richard Ingram ran the Methlick Trailblazer 10k and Pierce Walker went further, completing the Maurice Mullins Mountain Race near Wicklow which was 51k with 1900m climb in 8h 39m.
