Cosmic Bake Off Championship 2026

The championship is back on Saturday 28th February with a new theme; a sweet cake made with the addition of a vegetable(s). You can use any vegetable you like, some suggestions might be beetroot, carrots, parsnips or spinach. It is up to you to decide what you put in your cake and what type of cake you make.
The rule is that the cake must contain at least one vegetable and be homemade by a Cosmic.
Meet at 61 Devonshire Road, Aberdeen, AB10 6XP. Bring your homemade cakes with a written list of ingredients.
Tea and coffee will be provided. The plan is to meet around 13:00, taste lots of cakes and declare a winner. The winner will be presented with the Cosmic Bake Off Trophy and their name will be engraved on the trophy.
