It’s obvious -this week we celebrate the Return of the Sun, finally, after 21 days of low cloud and grey murk (and an awful lot of rain), we can see the sky again! Of course this did also mean freezing temperatures, ice, even snow higher up, but Cosmics made the most of it with various adventures including the Sunday Run at Clachnaben.
Earlier, Tuesday Training was well attended (and it didn’t rain).
Thursday was the final of the Deeside Night Race Series at Potarch. Cosmic results were: Pippa Samphier (21st and 3rd F), Shayne Lilith-Moon (28th and 1st F50), Dave Kirk (29th), Kevin Heath (30th), Kieran Budgell (35th), Ian Hamilton (36th), Graeme Lornie (37th).
On Friday night / Saturday morning, Alan Cormack did a 65 mile training run from Carlisle to Newcastle.
