New Thursday Night Training Sessions

Come and join us at Countesswells woods for the first of our NEW Trail Reps sessions. Meet this Thursday 29th August ready to run at 18.15pm.

Session lasts approx 1hr. Thanks Coach Mike for putting together a great programme for 5 weeks before autumn catches up with us.Meet at Counteswells main car park - ready to run for 6.15pm on Thursday. Main area is Gairn Hill ish - close to original Krunce location.
Sessions are a trial for this year until the main winter reps start at Kings in October.

The sessions are structured, and issued in advance. If you can make the session that will be great, there will be a leader there to start running and get to the start. No coach will be there - you should know the map and the session in advance. It will be approximately 45-60 minutes of running per session. Sweeties may be provided at the end!

If you can't make the session, the plan is there for you to do by yourself on the same evening - or at a time you choose by yourself or with a group of mates.
