Mountain bike out to the base of Mount Keen and climb the hill and cycle back

2nd Choice

Go for a run first from the car park, picnic lunch then cycle out to Mount Keen and climb the hill and cycle back to the car park

3rd Choice

Run out to Mount Keen, climb it and rum back for all those distance runners
