Congratulations to Ian Hamilton

Ian was 6th overall in the solo Pillar class of the Saunders Mountain Marathon held in the Lake District last weekend. He was also 6th in the Veterans class.

One Cosmic mixed team participated, coming in 69th out of 147 teams. Debbie Fielding (leg 1); Elaine Stewart and Louise Provan (leg 2); Mark Stockton and Richard Ingram (leg 3); John Colegrave (leg 4). Well done to all of them.

Busy weekend for the Cosmics

Dan Whitehead - winner of Ben Abrahams race 1 at Ben Newe.

Ascent of Morven was successfully completed on Friday 16th followed by social at Steve and Margaret’s – thank you. Saturday saw club members share teams with Deeside Runners for the Glentanar Relays (see their web site for results). Sunday was the first event in the Ben Abrahams Triple – 33 runners taking part at Ben Newe with wins for Dan and Claire Whitehead. Thanks to Rob Brookes and his team for a great event.
